Schleich Lynx

The lynx is best known for the pretty tufts of hair on its ears. They do not protect the ears of the big cat from the cold, but help it to hear better. Lynx that live in colder areas have larger and more heavily padded paws. Like snowshoes, they ensure that the animals do not sink into the snow.
